1. Eligibility

  • Purchases are available to customers residing in New Zealand only.

  • You must be 18 years or older to place an order.

2. Order Process

  • Orders can be placed via our official website or in-person at Saint Leonards Brewery.

  • Full payment is required at the time of order.

  • Orders are subject to availability. If a style or size is unavailable, you will be notified and offered an alternative or a refund.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

  • Saint Leonards Brewery reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available within New Zealand only.

  • Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days from payment confirmation.

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and included in your total order amount.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate at no extra cost to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Saint Leonards Brewery is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your purchase, use, or inability to use the t-shirt.
